Loved staying here! Beautiful sea view! Very clean. Had everything we needed. The rooms were warm from the sun glaring on the windows all day but you could keep the door open and a large fan was provided.
Before arrival, we were sent a great instructional video showing us how to access the hotel and our room. We were visiting for our first anniversary, and as a surprise, my partner had requested a few things (chocolates, roses, and champagne), which were all beautifully presented. The room was spotlessly clean, had a lovely sea view, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Spot on location. Hotel was spotless inside and out. Beautiful kept garden at the back of property. We stayed in room 8 sea veiw room at the top. Views were amazing. Room was very clean and well equipped, bathroom was stunning. I highly recommend a stay. Plenty of restaurants in area. Brilliant walks.
Stayed here from Sunday to yesterday, we had a sea view and although it rained nearly all the time we were here, it was a lovely view. The room was a nice size and lovely and clean with toiletries and tea and coffee provided. It was really warm in the room but a big fan was provided and we could open the windows so it was very pleasant. There was a nice bar below and an Italian restaurant that has a lift that takes you up to your rooms. The cleaner (I think she said her name was Joy) couldn’t have been more helpful when we asked for more teabags and a toilet roll. The customer service was brilliant. I didn’t get the email before so I was still trying to make contact with only two hours to go before we got there. It turns out that Hotels.com who I booked it through hadn’t passed on my email or mobile so they couldn’t send me the email. As soon as I managed to speak to someone it was sorted. Overall a lovely stay and if I was in that area again I would definitely book these rooms
We have just arrived. The apartment is above expectations. Be prepared for stairs but totally worth the view. Staff is very helpful before arriving and upon arrival.
Stunning location and views. The rooms were spotless and really done well. However they have scrimped on the mattresses and pillows which I am sure they will realise in time through feedback. We probably won’t stay again because of this.
The check-in and check-out processes are super convenient. The location is easy to find. The owner sent the instructions 48 hours before your arrival so you don't need to panic! The room is clean and well-designed. The bathroom is bright and lovely! Especially we had the sea view room, which really washing the stress away, highly recommend it!!! On the third floor, you will find all the items you need (plates, toiletries, etc) self serve but it's well organized.
After reading some of the reviews we were anxious to see the place. We worried over nothing. The apartment was beautiful and clean and had everything we could've needed for our stay. We stayed in a sea view room with balcony (room 3) and it was absolutely perfect. The room had TV with Netflix but it didn't really work (kept buffering). The wifi in the room worked well for our needs. The location was perfect. Such a great view of the sea and the boulevard. The road and the restaurant were pretty crowded in the evening but after like 11 pm it was peaceful and quiet. It's not a hotel as there's no reception but this was still one of the best places we've stayed!
